Welcome to EAPA Irish Chapter


EAPA is the professional body for Employee Assistance Practitioners and Providers of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs).

It represents the interests of professionals concerned with the health and well being of employees and their effectiveness at work and is a resource to employers in Ireland. EAPA members include external and internal EAP providers, clinicians, consultants and trainers

The EAPA exists to:

  • Provide leadership in promoting and developing EAPs in Ireland
  • Set national standards of practice and professional guidelines for EAPs
  • Provide support and training for the professional development of its members.

EAPA Irl members operate to Standards of Practice & Professional Guidelines.  Copies of these standards are available from the Membership Secretary - klooney@eircom.ie at a cost of €10.
